  • Whelp, that was a semester. Moving, work hours doubling unexpectedly, and college algebra have kept me from doing a thing for quite some time. I'm sincerely hoping I can get back to this gig and live a balanced life for at least three weeks before it all kicks up again. ANYWAY, here's a Grammy nomination list, which includes fun., The Black Keys (Akron, OH represent! What up 330?!), Adele, Carly Rae Jepson, and others. Psy will probably show up to perform. He probably won't go away for a while. The Grammy Awards are happening February 10 8pm/7pm Central time on CBS. Next up: Best of 2012, What to look forward to in 2013 (assuming we make it past Dec. 21, which NASA thinks we totally will), and whatever else I throw up.

About The Brittie

I'm a Secondary Education Major (fancy way of saying 'high school English teacher') with a minor in journalism at Weber State University in Utah. I love music. I used to play the flute, and I'd love to pick that up again. I also enjoy video games and nerdy board games. "Brittie" stems from children under the age of five; they just can't seem to pronounce "Brittany", and when they do, it comes out "Brittie". It's also a childhood nickname from my parents, which I guess is my name's origin though I have no idea. Maybe my dad needed something to rhyme with "itty bitty".
